The school was founded in 1970 by the late Mr. J.K. Nelson, formerly principal of Thompson Inter College, beside the Dukh Haran Nath temple in Patel Nagar. It became the oldest convent school of the city — and stayed a self-financed institution, answerable only to the families it serves.
Today Ravi Children’s Academy is a CBSE senior secondary school across two campuses, carrying a child from the primary wing all the way to the board. Academics first — but never academics alone. All-round development, personality, and the confidence to speak up in any room.
More than half a century of Gonda families have walked through these gates. The standard has not been allowed to move.
